Returned goods that are sent back to us without online registration or return form and therefore can not be assigned will be returned to the sender and senders expenses.
We ask for your understanding that we generally exclude a return for custom-made goods.
Returns to the Rollo Solar Melichar GmbH must be made in written form (by post, fax or e-mail) together with the respective order number / commission.
The return of the goods has to be made together with a precise description of the defect.
The product is originally packed, in original condition, undamaged and salable.
The goods are stocked at Rollo Solar and are part of the current catalog.
The delivery of the goods is no longer than 3 months ago.
Claims for defects due to improper handling and / or storage of the rejected articles are excluded.
The goods must be packaged properly and returned free of charge (i.e. you advance the cost of the postage).
For the return you will receive a credit note, which varies depending on the condition of the goods and is possibly reduced by the costs incurred for: administration, testing and repackaging.
Refund / Credit
Credits are created taking into account the respective invoice and any discounts etc.
There is no refund of shipping costs
Any freight / customs or other expenses will be charged to the credit.
The amount of the credit depends on the net value of the goods. The net value of the goods is adjusted by incurred costs (inspection, administration, packaging costs) and condition of the goods.
Already incurred costs e.g. by shipping remain unaffected.
